Years of pseudo treatments and neglect , I stand here to say that I'm now brain damaged in my 20s. For the remainder of my life, because I trusted doctors and the mental health system in America to "treat" my symtoms.
Thousands of hard earned money poured into useless treatments that where only making my symtoms worse over time so that they could keep me coming back for more neglect.
In 2018 was the last straw and my brain broke , I'm know living in complete isolation , jobless, future gone....
I was robbed of a life here in society, lost trust , and is a victim of this santanic cult of psychiatry.

Kephalonia was by now a familiar, beautiful sight. The huge influx of Moriscos had meant the island and that of Lefkada went from a majority Orthodox to a more even split with Sunni Muslims.
Oruç pointed at the peninsula for the architects and engineers.
"With this position, we will be able to cover the entrance to the harbour much better and it will allow us to expand our docks out to allow for more ships to moor to our piers.
"And the walls?" Asked one, taking notes.
"I think on that promentory, any cannons would be hitting the wall at an angle," Oruç replied. "I'm not worried but I do want the top of the walls to allow for several batteries with backstops for recoil and gun holes to cover as many angles to the harbour as possible."
The men nod and they turn back towards their plans on the table, deliberating their designs one mroe time.
The Castle of Assos was built OTL between 1593 and 1596 as the existing castle of St George was deemed not sufficient.
90,000f spent on the new fortress over a period of 3 years. (5,000f per tick) This includes materials and labour, with Ottoman engineers and architects to help the process along.

2021.12.05 11:30 dashboardx eli5: Why does 95 degree weather feel sweltering hot, but a 95 degree drink feels luke warm at best?
I’m wondering about the difference in how we perceive temperature! When I worked at starbucks, people used to order and drink 180 degree beverages, and we served black coffee at up to 210. How come we can tolerate drinks up to 200 degrees, and temps close to body temp feel so cold? Meanwhile temps near body temp, say 98 degree weather, in the atmosphere are absolutely killer. On the other side, 45 degrees outside is maybe a little chilly but tolerable with a jacket, (at least when you’re a new yorker lol) but dipping your toes in the ocean in spring when it’s still 45 degrees feels like it’s ice cold!

2021.12.05 11:30 Emperor_Nail The MCC19 Mint Mistletoes: An Analysis and a Guide to Victory
| The MCC19 Mint Mistletoes: An Analysis and a Guide to Victory|
Hello, everyone! Welcome back to my analysis and guides to victory for every team. Here I go over every MCC team and analyze them, look at their players, their best games, and give tips on how I believe they can win.
There will be links to every guide down below as they come out, so if you wanna check a specific one out, you can go there!
With that, let’s get to the team!
The Mint Mistletoes is comprised of FalseSymmetry, InTheLittleWood, Smallishbeans, and Rendog. They have a total average of 7,619 which places them in 9th, just below the Purple Penguins but above the Sapphire Santas. However, if we use the “last event” scoring method, aka the method Scott uses… I think…, they come out at 8,049 coins, placing them in 5th below the Red Reindeer but above the Pink Presents.
The reason I say “I think” is because while based on his team making video back from MCC7 and MCC8 we know he uses “last event” scores over averages, he says that with his method, Mint is actually the strongest. Obviously, using just purely last event scores doesn’t work out, and the only method I could find that puts Mint in first statistically is by discounting underperformances and pop off events, including giving Sneeg his MCC17 score which… well, I’ll get to that when I talk about Teal.
This has no actual bearing on the analysis. It’s just somethin I wanted to point out lol.
Anyway, that is still a pretty big difference between last event and overall average, so to explain a little bit more, let me go into detail with each player.
The first player up is False, and she and Ren are one of the primary reasons why this team has such a significantly higher “last event” score. She last participated in MCC17 where she placed 16th with 2,343 coins. Her team went on to win the entire event, and this was essentially False’s return to glory.
Now, I’d actually say this is more in line with False’s average performance, but her Season 2 stats as a whole just haven’t been the best, so this really helped bring her stats back up. Speaking of which, she has an overall average of 1,887 coins, but that’s largely dragged down by the fact that she either places in the top 20 or the bottom 10, very rarely leaving that range. Her Season 2 average is 1,662 with an average placement of 29th. As I said though, her Season 2 scores aren’t true to her actual skillset. On more competitive teams, she’s typically able to place top 20, and she’s just had some pretty unlucky runs in her Season 2 performances aside from MCC17.
Her best event came in the iconic MCC9, where she managed to place 12th with 2,455 coins. Her team of course went on to win the entire event after absolutely smashing Survival Games.
Now, on average on competitive teams, False usually performs in the top 20, around the 20 to 16 range. That being said, without a strong leader like Fruit or Pete, she usually places a bit lower. Still, she’s a very competent player who can hold her own in most games.
I’d actually say her most outstanding performances come in Survival Games. She was able to do incredibly well and help her team win SG in both MCC9 and 17, two times where her team wasn’t geared towards PvP. She does seem to struggle more in Battle Box and Sky Battle, but she’s also had moments where she was able to shine, especially in the latter.
She’s also quite decent at movement. Typically doing decently in TGTTOS, while also having moments where she’s able to shine in Hole in the Wall and Ace Race. She does seem to struggle more with Parkour Tag, but she’s able to make up for it with very strong comms which helps her teams do better.
Finally, there’s team games, and I think this is where she’s able to really shine. She’s great at Build Mart, and she’s supported by a very strong team in this game this time around. She’s also very good at Sands of Time, showcasing multiple times that she’s very capable of keeping up with the rest of the event. Grid Runners is more difficult to gauge though, especially considering she’s played it once. That being said, her team did pretty decent placing 6th.
As a whole, False is a very good player who’s much better than people give her credit for. She’s proven to be a player who’s capable of holding her own in most games, and her strong comms and teamwork is going to come into play this event.
The next player is Ren, and he’s in a similar position to False. He’s had a rough run in Season 2, and his stats are somewhat dragged down by times he’s played on for fun teams as opposed to actually playing competitively. That being said, he’s had his best event this season in the last event he played in: MCC17. There, he placed 28th with 1,686 coins.
Unlike False though, while he’s had a pretty rough set of placements this season, I don’t think they’re too far off from his usual placements. He generally places in the bottom 10, so I’d say MCC15 is more in line with his usual placements where he placed 31st while MCC14 is very much an underperformance where he placed 38th.
Anyway, getting to his stats, he has an overall average of 1,560, with a Season 2 average coin count of 1,490 and a placement of 32nd place. These are definitely more accurate stats to his actual skillset compared to some of the other players, but he’s also done better in the past and really shown how well he can do.
For example, his best event. This was in MCC9 where he placed 18th with 2,099. His team went on to win the entire event, cementing themselves as one of the most legendary teams the event has ever seen.
That being said, Ren’s strengths definitely lie in him being a strong support player, arguably one of the best in the entire event. I’d put him among the top 5 honestly, alongside players like Wilbur and Shubble.
This really comes into play in games like Sands of Time and Build Mart where he’s able to communicate with his team incredibly well. I’d also argue he’s among the top 3 sand keepers in the event alongside Smajor and Wilbur. Team games are definitely his specialty, and while didn’t do amazingly in the one Grid Runners he’s played in, placing 7th, I still think he can do well.
He doesn’t do amazingly individually in both PvP and movement games, but he’s clearly shown incredibly strong support. Obviously, the best example is MCC9 Survival Games, but we’ve seen this come into play a few times with Parkour Tag, Battle Box, and Sky Battle as well.
As a whole, Ren is an incredibly strong support player who’s shown that he can keep up with the rest of the tournament occasionally as well. With him supporting a team of good players, I’m very interested to see how he’ll do.
Next up is Smallishbeans! He last participated in MCC18 where he placed 29th with 1,731 coins. However, this is absolutely an underperformance from him, and there are several contributing factors. First of all, his team was playing LAN. This made it much more difficult for them to communicate well and it was also clear that the team was partially focused on having fun as well.
His stats tell a very different story. He actually has an average of 2,065 and because of his recent improvement, I’d go as far to say as that’s a bit lower than what his real skillset would actually be. His Season 2 average is 2,254 which is much closer to how I’d say his average performance would be while his average placement is 17th place. Without MCC18 though, it’d be 13th place, and I genuinely believe Joel is a top 15 player.
His best event came in MCC16 where he actually placed 6th with 2,785 coins. His team ended up getting 1st, but they sadly didn’t win Dodgebolt, losing the Pink Parrots. Still, this was an excellent performance from Joel, and while he did have a very stacked team this event, I think this gave hints to his future performances and how well he can perform with the right team.
In terms of how he performs, Joel is an all rounder capable of doing well in every game. The one he seems to struggle with the most are PvP games, and while he doesn’t always perform well, he’s had some pretty outstanding performances. Some that come to mind are MCC18 Battle Box, as well as MCC16 Sky Battle and Survival Games. He shows good spacial awareness as well as strong comms that help his team succeed here.
He also does quite well in movement games, doing quite well in Ace Race and Parkour Tag, while also doing decently in TGTTOS. He does struggle more in Hole in the Wall, but I wouldn’t call him bad here either.
He also does very well in team games, doing very well in both Build Mart and Sands of Time. I’d regard him as among the best players in both of these games. His strong comms, ability to work with his team, and good game sense all contribute heavily to this.
Finally, there’s Grid Runners, and he does seem to struggle here but I don’t think it’s impossible for him to do well. His placements in this game, including All-Stars, are 5th, 10th, and 10th. As I said though, based on how he plays, it’s very much possible for him to do good in this game.
As a whole, Joel is an incredible player who is capable of doing well in pretty much all games. He has incredibly strong team work, comms, and game sense, and I’m sure he’ll be able to work well with this team.
One of the most underrated players in the event, the final player on this team is InTheLittleWood! Martyn last played in MCC17 where he placed 17th with 2,289. This was an especially good placement considering he was on one of the weaker teams statistically.
His overall average is 2,106, which I think is a little bit lower than his average performance on a competitive team, but it isn’t too far off. His Season 2 average is closer to what you might expect from him though at 2,236 with an average placement of 16th place.
His best event was in MCC6 where he placed 7th with 2,864 coins. His team got 1st and made it to Dodgbolt but sadly ended up losing to the Blue Bats. Still, this was a great performance from Martyn, and it’s certainly something he’s capable of recreating.
His best game is probably Sands of Time. In the game, he actually ranks 7th in the game. He’s also gotten 1st every time he’s played it this season, proving he’s one of the best players in this game. He’s also done decently in Build Mart in the past, being able to communicate well with his team here. He didn’t do too hot in the one Grid Runners he was in, but we have very limited data so take that with a grain of salt.
Another game where Martyn does very well in is Ace Race, arguably being a top 5 player in that game, especially in Space Race where we’ve yet to see how he can really do in after his phenomenal ghost run. He also does decently in the other movement games, but Ace Race is definitely his strongest.
I’d say his weakness is PvP games, but he’s also shown some great plays in the past. He’s been able to shine in Battle Box, Sky Battle, and Survival Games in certain events before, and while he’s not the best mechanically, his strong communication and game sense help him perform well from time to time.
Overall, Martyn is a very strong player and quite underrated. He’s proven to be able to do well especially in movement and team games, and considering his team really compliments his strengths this time, I think he’ll be able to perform very well.
And here we are at the team rankings! Here, I take the stats and show you how this team stacks up against the rest of the competition. I’ll give a brief description as well to show you why the numbers might show that. With that out of the way, let’s get to it!
In this game, this team ranks 7th, just below the Ginger Breadmen but above the Pink Presents with a coin average of 878 coins. This is largely because at best, the players on this team have inconsistent Battle Box results. This is the team’s strongest PvP game, and one where they could actually do well with the right map if it allows them to wool very fast.
Here, this team placed 9th with 718 coins, placing below the Cerulean Candy Canes and above the Sapphire Santas. This is because everybody on this team generally doesn’t perform very well in this game. Very few times have the members of this team done well, and more often than not they only really perform well in this game when teamed up with a strong leader like Fruitberries.
Here, this team once again places 9th with 915 coins, below Cerulean and above Sapphire. This is a similar situation to Sky Battle, though False really is the only player to actually do well here. Still, she doesn’t always excel here and her stats aren’t high enough to carry the team’s score. This team has players who have done well, but this game is just too risky, especially since they aren’t a strong PvP team.
This team places 8th here with 893 coins, placing below Pink but above Cerulean. Martyn does well here, but his stats aren’t exactly the best and don’t reflect what we could potentially expect from him. I think this team can do better than 8th though, especially with a little bit of practice from the team.
Here, this team placed 7th with 863 coins. They tie with Ginger, place below Purple, and place above Cerulean. This is another game where I think this team could do well, but I do think that they aren’t as good here as they could be in Ace Race. It’ll take some luck, but I could see them taking a few of the later team bonuses.
Hole in the Wall
This team places 9th in this game, earning 848 coins, and by a pretty significant margin too. They place below the Purple Penguins by nearly 100 coins, but they also place above the Sapphire Santas by over 100 coins. This game is probably one of their worst because at best, the members of this team are just okay at this game. This is one of the ones they should definitely aim to play earlier.
This team places 8th, earning 843 coins and placing above Cerulean but below Ginger. This team’s members once again really just aren’t geared towards this game. Joel does very well here, but the rest of his team aren’t the best. I don’t think it’s their worst game, but they’ll be heavily relying on Joel to do well.
Okay, here we have an improvement from their other game placements. Here, they earn 908 coins and place 6th, just below the Purple Penguins and above the Yellow Yetis. Now, data is very limited with this team since at most, the members of this team have played it twice, but I think they’d do quite decently in this game overall.
Alright, now we’re getting somewhere. This team places 4th in this game, netting 1,130 coins and placing above the Red Reindeer but below the Pink Presents. This team has some very strong players for this game, and it should be one of the ones they should absolutely try to play later.
Sands of Time
And with the final game, this team wraps things up very strong, finishing 2nd in this game with 1,275 coins, just below the Ginger Breadmen but above the Emerald Elves. Martyn and Joel really bring this team’s score up, with False and Ren also having quite good averages here. This is the team’s ideal finale.
Alright, now let’s look at their average placement. If we take the average placement of all 10 games, this team comes out at 8th, with an average placement of 7. While that may not seem very high, as I said, this team’s stats don’t necessarily reflect how they’ll actually do.
While this team can definitely outperform their stats, they are still a good indicator of which games they want and don’t want to play. This team absolutely wants Sands of Time, Build Mart, and potentially Grid Runners late, with an SoT finale being ideal.
Meanwhile, they want Parkour Tag, Hole in the Wall, Survival Games, and Sky Battle to be played much earlier and hopefully have one of them skipped.
This team is incredible in team games, and as I keep repeating, their stats really don’t do them justice. While I’m not sure what scoring method Scott actually uses now, whatever it is, it still put Mint in first. That’s certainly something worth taking into account. I think overall, this team is quite slept on and can do incredibly well with the right game order and some pop offs.
Thanks so much for reading! Please note that not everything I say is going to be 100% correct. While I do a lot of research for these posts, I’m inevitably going to get some information wrong. I simply do not have the time to watch the individual VODs of all four members on a team, but I try to take certain segments and analyze them as much as I can. If you see anything wrong, please feel free to let me know!

2021.12.05 11:30 ugly_moa How unhealthy is my diet really?
I eat mainly eggs and bread as it's the cheapest and most accessible in the small town where I live in South Africa. On rare occasions I'd get access to some mixed stir-fry veggies, cheddar or gouda cheese, soya mince and soy-based meat alternatives. I'm a vegetarian and I know not eating meat is at the moment detrimental to my health. But I could never go back as it's been 18 years, the thought makes me sick. I also only eat one meal a day which is usually eggs. So what I want to know is just how unhealthy is my diet really? What nutrients am I missing out on and could maybe supplement if I could not acquire food that would provide those nutrients. Poverty is tough guys, please don't judge me.
